If everything goes according to plan, you should expect to wait about 2 weeks for your documents to be sent. We plan to visit the Comune, making sure that the Comune will be open on the day of the search, that the employee will be available, that the necessary forms have been filled out, that information about additional fees and payment of these fees has been made… We plan everything in advance to make sure that we will have your document on the day. But again, the functioning and operation of the Comune is beyond our control. Therefore, if we need to return, we will do so according to the conditions provided on the pricing page here on the website, and we will inform you of everything that the Comune has given us.

Generally, the deadline for delivery of the documents in your hands is 3 months. However, officially, the deadline we commit to is 6 to 8 months. This is from the date of your request until the delivery of your documents in your hands.
The guarantee we give you is that you do not pay anything until your document reaches our hands! Only then will we receive payment for the services provided.

According to Italian law, the Comunes may request up to 6 months to deliver the requested documents. For any other request related to this type of process and documents in other instances, these deadlines are also generally applied. There are exceptional cases in which this deadline may be longer.

You can expect to pay fees and contributions related to the services provided by the Comune (from €0 to €300), Diocese (usually €50, but can vary between €40 and €65) and Parish (it depends a lot, but usually from €0 to €50 in some cases).
